Grown-ups: the name stays on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

For grown-ups
Grow your Mindful Tree is a calm game of about ten minutes for children aged 4–12. Each adventure practises one part of the Mindful Tree Education Concept, the 2× award-winning method behind our Kids' Saturday Club.
Mindfulness
Slow breathing with a visual guide: in while the circle fills, out while the seeds fly. A tool children can use before a test, at bedtime or in a big feeling.
Emotions
Reading faces and naming eight feelings. Children who can put a word to a feeling find it easier to calm it, and to notice how others feel.
Social skills & boundaries
Everyday moments: including someone, helping, taking turns, welcoming a new child and saying a calm, clear “no”. Every choice asks: how would they feel?
Focus
Attention and working memory in a gentle matching game. No timer and no losing, just patience. The little game has 4 pairs, the big one 8.
At our Kids' Saturday Club at Kreuzplatz, children aged 4–12 practise all of this for real, with friends, nature and play: twice a month, 10:00–15:00.
